Open Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases in the app. Make sure the phone is online and signed in to the same Google account you bought with. If it's still locked, email us with your order number.

Sign in to the same Google account, install Shimsy Maths, then use Restore purchases. Your unlocks come from Google Play, so you never pay twice.

Your progress lives on your old phone. To move it, export a backup from Settings on the old phone and import it on the new one.

Within 48 hours of buying, you can request one straight from Google Play: open your order history and choose Request a refund. After that, email us with your order number and we'll look at it fairly. See section 5 of our terms.

Unlock the course you're studying. GCSE covers both Foundation and Higher, so switching tier never costs extra. A level Maths covers AS and the full A level, and so does Further Maths. Each Maths Challenge level is unlocked separately.

The content follows the national curriculum for KS3 and the GCSE and A level subject content that every board teaches, so it suits AQA, Edexcel and OCR students alike. Shimsy Maths isn't affiliated with any exam board, and its papers are exam-style papers written by us, not past papers.
